Walking for mindfulness
During the 2020 Lockdown I took to walking the streets of London to stay focussed in an increasingly unfocussed world. In exploring London by foot it suddenly became an unfamiliar city. The hustle and bustle was clearly missing, and in its place was a remarkably green city, abundant in nature and full of new nooks and crannies to discover each day.
When I finally lost my job due to the pandemic I questioned my need to return to employment right away, and so I decided instead to simply keep walking…
